All our deliveries are done through Post Luxembourg and come with tracking or you can do FREE local pick-up in-store at SOUVENIR.

Luxembourg (2-3 Days, shipping may take longer during peak and promotional periods)
- 8€ - Standard parcel (Up to 2 kg)
- 10€ - Large parcel (Up to 10 kg)
- 12€ - Extra large parcel (up to 30kg)
Europe
- 16€ - Standard parcel (Up to 2 kg)
Rest of World
- 20€ - Standard parcel (Up to 2 kg)
PLEASE NOTE: The prices listed above are based on average size-to-weight ratios.
Exact delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size, weight and destination of your items or if your order includes items with unusual dimensions or weight, we may need to temporarily hold your order and reach out to discuss alternative shipping options or carriers that could provide a more suitable service or pricing. Please note that shipping costs may change based on adjustments made by our carrier partner. You will be notified of any changes when your order is confirmed.
Order Process:
- Your order will be handled as soon as possible within 2-3 business days. In the event of special occasions such as Braderie, Stroossenmaart or Black Friday we may experience some delays.
- Once processed we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number, however, should an item no longer be available we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Our prices are in euros, VAT included.
Shipping costs and custom duties are not included*.
*Shipping outside the European Union you may be subject to pay import duties. Different taxation rules and additional charges may apply, these charges will be at your own cost. As this is out of our hands, we recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges and more information. Should the parcel be returned to us due to unpaid charges, the customer must take full liability.
