Return policy

Before you return something, please make sure to read this carefully.
Always get in touch with us first.

We do not do refunds for returned articles, you will receive a value voucher which you can use on your next order on our website.

Please send an e-mail to mail@extrabold.eu and indicate the order/ticket number of your receipt and your Name in the subject. We also need a photo of your receipt as proof off payment. Please be specific which articles you want to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible to complete your return. This can take up to 3 working days.


Return window


You have 14 days from the day you receive your order, to make your return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return after these 14 days and your order will be send back to you at your own cost. If you do not accept the parcel, you will not receive a value voucher, however, will also be left without the article.


Value vouchers


Value vouchers cannot be returned and are valid for 6 months from the date of creation.


Sales articles


We do not accept the return of articles on sale or that have been purchased with a discount code. No refund, no exchange, no value voucher.


Important


include a copy of your invoice/receipt in the parcel

Please take care while trying on the articles and handle them with respect

Articles can only be returned in the same condition as received

You can only return unused articles and they must be in the original packaging

Original price tags must stay on your purchase while trying on and must not be damaged

Shoes must be tried on, on a carpet and can only be returned in the original box

If any clothes, accessories or jewelry come in a special boxes or packaging, it must be returned in the same box or packaging

Underwear or Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear

Worn or soiled returned articles will not be accepted

Tried on socks won’t be accepted neither


Any return that goes against our return policy will be rejected and reshipped to you and you will be responsible for the fees of the return. If you do not accept the parcel, you will not receive a value voucher, however, will also be left without the article.



Discount codes


Discount codes cannot be returned and might only be valid for a certain time depending on the discount code offer. We have the right to withdraw or extend the valid time of the discount code at any time. Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer. 



Return address


Before sending your order back, you might consider returning your order in store if you are in the area for an exchange or a value voucher, which you can use directly at Extrabold. Please remember that we do not do refunds. Don’t forget the receipt as proof of payment which we need to process your return in store. If you don’t have it with you, we are unfortunately unable to process your return.

Return costs & handling


You as customer are responsible for the handling and payment for any return costs.


If you do not pay the shipping costs of your return upfront, we will deduct the shipping cost of your return from your value voucher. Custom fees may be withheld if returning from a country outside the EU.


Please return your goodsin the best and most secured possible way back to us.

If the articles are damaged because of poor packaging, we will not accept your return.

Shoe boxes must also be sent back in a proper packaging, please do not just return the shoes in the shoe box.


If your return has arrived at Extrabold and has been accepted, we will send you a value voucher in form of  a discount code via email excluding delivery return costs if not paid upfront.
